The Richard Selznick Memorial Lectures honor Richard Selznick, MD, who was an early graduate of the Orthopaedic Residency Program and remained an active and dedicated member on the voluntary faculty until his untimely death. He was involved in weekly conferences, was an inspiring teacher in the clinics and enjoyed his involvement with the resident teaching program. In his later years, Dr. Selznick was a well-recognized expert in medico-legal aspects of orthopaedic surgery. His dedication and willingness to give freely of his time is remembered by all of those with whom he came in contact. The lecture series and the endowment fund are dedicated to his memory.
